I have fallen in love with the little city of Draper. On days when I have nothing to do, I somehow wind up there just basking on all it's beauty. Draper has always been on the top of my list when it comes to "Best places to live". I love it's charm, the beautiful parks and trails, the old buildings and homes with so much character, the small town feel. It has everything I need, and some day I will move there and we will grow old together.

Before I started dating Mike I thought of Draper as snotty "McMansion" land, but it has definitely grown on me since then. I love the older part of the city and all the parks and trails that you mentioned.
Although I have to warn you if you want to live there one day: property taxes in Draper are insane.
Really? Pretty sure my happy place is somewhere a lot warmer than Utah. I'm thinking Southern California, maybe somewhere in the Caribbean. But hey, we can still get together for family vacations to Lake Powell.
